Stamp carving
Service Description
Come join is on a wild adventure as we experiment with the art of stamp carving! We will start the class with demonstrations in developing an image, simple image transfer, carving out a stamp block and then printing our blocks with stamping ink. Students will have the opportunity to make several stamps, experiment with multiple blocks and the class will even include a small, handmade book to print and share stamps! Stamp carving class will allow students to dip their toes into the world of relief printmaking, with skills that carry over into linoprint and woodblock printmaking. All materials for class are included. Class fee is $60, with the option to purchase your set of carving tools for an additional $20.

Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel your reservation, please do so as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds or move students to a different class time for scheduling conflicts . The number of people asking to move their reservations is simply too high that the school can not afford to accommodate this and still keep class fees affordable. We do occasionally have a waitlist for classes, if someone is able to take your place you can be refunded or moved to a different class. Feel free to ask but again this is not guaranteed. Alternatively if you can not make it to your scheduled class you can always find someone you know to take your place.
