Service Description
Ever wondered what the difference is between water color and gouache, or the difference between brands, liquid, pan or acrylic? Me too so I went ahead and bought a tiny bit of it all! Gouache is a unique type of opaque paint, as it is water-soluble and super quick- drying. Traditional gouache even reactivates like watercolor when you add more water to it after it’s dry! You can dig deeper and find acrylic gouache that is permanent when dry and so different. This workshop is a chance for you to explore, use, and learn about all it without needing to buy all the different kinds to try out at home. We will go over some basic knowledge to have when getting started using this media as well as a few simple exercises for students to build up some helpful techniques. This is meant to be a low cost, low stakes fun class with zero intimidation

Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel your reservation, please do so as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds or move students to a different class time for scheduling conflicts . The number of people asking to move their reservations is simply too high that the school can not afford to accommodate this and still keep class fees affordable. We do occasionally have a waitlist for classes, if someone is able to take your place you can be refunded or moved to a different class. Feel free to ask but again this is not guaranteed. Alternatively if you can not make it to your scheduled class you can always find someone you know to take your place.
