Service Description
One key woodworking skill is knowing how to keep your tools sharp! When a tool is sharp it is not only more accurate but also a joy to use. In this class will learn: - how to hand sharpen pretty much any blade you want - the difference between stone grits and when to use them - how to repair when a blade gets a chip or break - we will even touch on what to use to sharpen kitchen knives! - different recommendations on sharpen stones to add to your own shop If you have something you want to sharpen feel free to bring it to class. If not, I have plenty! Each student will have their own work station. Class is wheelchair accessible. Sitting workbenches available upon request. Deaf and hard-of-hearing friendly. Interpreter available upon request.
