Tiny Wood Workers - Animal Habitat

Service Description

In this class kids will get to choose to build either a Bird House, Bird feeder or Bat house. Kids with used all hand tools during this project with plenty of ways to decorate and customize their design. We will also learn about the native animals here in Michigan that will benefit from the habitats we are making. To start I will have kid classes once a month and will add more as these fill up. These classes are intended for students ages 5-10yrs old, each student will have their own kids' size woodworking bench. Kids can work at their own pace and explore however they want to fit their individual personality. There will 2 staff members and 6 kids in each class. This is not just for safety but also to ensure each child gets the attention they need to fully enjoy the experience. Guardians must stay on site or within walking distance of the school.
