Junior Wood Workers - Exploration

Service Description

This a wood shop exploration class where children will get to explore a wide verity or hand tools, see what they do and how to use them. There is so much to learn and try so this class will be offered every month. A little bit of the old school tools and a little bit of the new! This class will also help build child’s self-awareness, confidence, and patience. Classes will not have stricken lesson plan so kids can come over and over and choose the areas or skill they enjoy most. To start I with I will have kid’s classes once a month and will add more as these fill up. These classes are intended for students ages 6-10yrs old, each student will have their own kids' size woodworking bench. Kids can work at their own pace and explore however they want, to fit their individual personality. There will 2 staff members and 6 kids in each class. This is not just for safety but also to ensure each child gets the attention they need to fully enjoy the experience. Guardians must stay on site or within walking distance of the school.

Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund for cancellations at this time.
