Candlestick holder workshop

75 US dollars
507 East Shiawassee Street

Service Description

Spend the evening with Debbie Carlos creating candlestick holders. You will be taught a couple of simple hand building techniques on how to create the basic form, and the rest is truly up to your imagination. It will be two hours of working with your hands, playing with clay to create something fun, beautiful and functional. No clay experience is necessary. Clay, tools and underglaze colors will be provided. You can make up to two candlestick holders during the two hour workshop. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your piece to dry, fired in the kiln twice and finished. You will be notified when your piece is ready to pick up.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your reservation, please do so as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds or move students to a different class time for scheduling conflicts . The number of people asking to move their reservations is simply too high that the school can not afford to accommodate this and still keep class fees affordable. We do occasionally have a waitlist for classes, if someone is able to take your place you can be refunded or moved to a different class. Feel free to ask but again this is not guaranteed. Alternatively if you can not make it to your scheduled class you can always find someone you know to take your place. If you would like to cancel your reservation, please email tinybitofwood@gmail.com with the subject line “Cancellation”. Thank you for understanding, Megan Shannon
